AN ACT supplementing, amending and reducing items of the existing
appropriation to the department of transportation, division of
motor vehicles, fund 9007, fiscal year 1999, organization
0802, as originally appropriated by chapter six, acts of the
Legislature, first regular session, one thousand nine hundred
ninety-eight, known as the budget bill.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the items of the total appropriation to the department of
transportation, division of motor vehicles, fund 9007, fiscal year
1999, organization 0802, be amended and reduced in the line item as
follows:
